Criminal Records, Expungement Criminal Record

I was refused a job because my record had a charge for 5th degree theft, that got an acquittal, and another charge that was on there twice for interstate extradition that was dismissed. Anybody know the steps of getting them removed. Is this a question i can even ask in here????? I'm in iowa.

It is down to an employer who they employ. It was clearly not the job for you, keep trying there is someone out there that needs the skills of someone who is willing to work. We all have crosses to bare, so keep trying and stay focused on what you are striving for. I have heard of people allot worse than you that have turned there lives around. It is just up to you when you get the next job to prove you worth to the company. I am sure things will work out in the end.
