criminal possesion of stolen property question

I bought a stolen ps2 from this guy and he got caught and told the detectives i bought, lemme skip to the question. Now im being arrained on tuesday. i never got arrested before, im 18 and attending college. Whats the worst that the judge can give me.

If you didnt know it was stolen they shouldnt be able to prosecute.If you were in custody,then that would be illegal also if you didnt KNOW it was stolen.
