my divorce lawyer had filed suit aganist me for money i owe her for lawyers fees. she sent it to a collection agency and states she wants it put on my personal credit report. can she do this without it being stated in my fee agreement. thank you

yep. she can place anything she wants with a collection agency, and if they report to the credit bureau, you get to live with it.
