covenants

we bought 3.5 acres two years ago in georgia. we went back this year to build a block home and most of the covenants are being broken. covenants being broken are-no single wide mobile -no farm animals -no barking dogs -no businesses -no junk vehicles -this is just some. seller wont return calls and is always out. we live 900 miles away. this is our first land purchase. weve decided to sell. can we legally sell with all these covenants being broken. what do we do?

Who is braking the covenants? If the seller sold the property and the deal is done, what do you want from the seller? If there are tenants on the property then it seems that your problem is with the tenants unless the seller provided you with covenants in the deed that have been broken. Please clarify.
