My husband and I moved my cousin in with us to help her out. She didnt own a car so she asked me to use her card to withdraw her part of the rent and other monies for her. Now she is accusing me of fraudulent credit card use For 5000-10,000 dollars. It is a class H felony and I could go to jail for 6 years. Can anyone give me some advice?
