I received a ticket for "failure to reduce speed to avoid collision with a vehicle" and an expired registration plate. I've already paid to make my registration current, will that take care of that part of the ticket? Can I use "Prayer for Judgement" for the other part of the ticket? I live in North Carolina and I don't have anything else on my record. Please help!
