If a cop is randomly questioning me about vandalism in my neighborhood that I know nothing about, can I say I plead the fifth? I want to make cops go away...they are always questioning me. I'm a kid ps

You don't have to say anything. The fifth amendment may or may not apply and is only in issue when it involves an activity which your words may end up incriminating you in a crime.

Here's how to deal with police

If you didn't do it, tell them that.

If you did, keep your mouth shut; lying to them is worse than the crime and you can be arrested for that if they can't prove the actual crime.

Serious offense - say talk to my lawyer. period!!
