Conversion/upgrade to F3 category from F4

My wife's sister sponsored us under my family under F4 - sibling category for myself/my wife/dependent children. I am in Canada.
PD is Dec 05, 2006. I am watching every months immigration news letter and I found that it is moving one week every month, which is really slow.
My parents in law has become US citizen and can now apply under F3 category.
Question is:
If they apply under F3 category for married children and spouse including children, the PD got under F4 can be maintained.
Which category is moving fast F3 or F4?

If v continue under F4, how many years it will take to become PD current.

Hmmm, US Passport, Canadian Passport.
I'd trade 10 US Passports for 1 Canadian Passport.
Sure, the weather in our southern states is better, but BC isn't that awful.
Frankly, there are 50 countries far better than the US.
