I was arrested for contributing to a minor. I went to court and the judge sent me to court referral and fined me $600. Court referal required me to attend and complete a Level 1 class. I completed the class and all other requirements of Court Referal and paid the fine. Is this going to go down as a midemeanor on my record? And was I convicted?

Contact the court for the best answer to those questions... but it sounds like you do not have a conviction (so long as you provided the court with evidence of completing the required classes)

OP, your charge isn't as you stated. It more than likely was "contributing to the delinquency of a minor".

But, Moose's advice was spot on, inquire of the court.

It is highly likely that your actions alone (however commendable) erased the underlying charge.

I suspect if that is your goal, there are other affirmative steps required. If, what you seek is possible.

Finally, if you had a probation officer, ask him or her, too.
