My age is 18 years according to certificate. I have a girlfriend who is 19 years. But actually she is just 1 month old from me. We want to enter into a contract to marry each other in future. The thing is my parents are not aware of my relationship and her family members are forcing her for marriage. So we just want to make sure that we marry each other in future.

What you want is irrelevant. What she decides is the thing that matters. Often parents arrange a marriage for their daughter. She must chose to follow custom or advise them to pound sand if she wants to hang out waiting for you.
