the Plaintiff, (opposing party) filed contempt by and thru counsel in a oral motion after a custody court hearing. I filed objections to Magistrate's Dec., because there is a flaw in a word including in the document(visitation, "level one") that is not demonstrated nor descriptive in which i believe to be invalid/void. the other party, thru counsel claims they knew what "level one" consisted of however, violated the same order. At this time I understand that one cannot be charged another not. I am presently trying the route of "knowledge by injunction" -in itself that "the document did not contain what you can and cannot do". I am trying to presently find statues and rule codes to Ohio pertaining to a case involding such as mine, and that is: Knowlege by Injunction, as I did not know nor, was I ever disclosed just what a Level One is and what you can and cannot do pertaining to a "level one". Someone please help me in finding or showing me in the right direction of How do I find: Ohio Cases involving "knowledge by injunction", and stautues of law
