I have a buyer who was told that the sellers are cancelling the contract because they cannot find another home. My buyer really wants the home, there are no contingencies based on the seller's finding a home. Can we still force the sale and the sellers to the table?

Read the contract. It generally lists the penalties of breaking the contract for both sides. Generally I believe it is possible to force the sale based upon the contract, but I am not sure what the procedure or expensed would be.
