I have been working for a company as a consultant for almost a year. I was under an employment contract that paid a bonus based on over achievement of goals. Performance was much better than anyone anticipated now under the original contract I am owed $600,000. However the MD just produced a different contract that I have never seen that under its calculation I would only be owed $100k. The signature on the document looks like it has been lifted from a signature on an entirely different document and either attached or forged.
What are my options? Given the amount of money involved is it also possible to bring criminal action against this individual or company.
