Here's the story:

Cousin and I are pulled over for a seatbelt infraction. Does that give the arresting officer the right to search my car?

Circumstances:

My eyes are irritated, (Red due to lack of sleep and contact lenses.)

My appearance, is a shaved head, brown skinned, not too clingy pants and shirt.

My location, soon an injunction will be voted on.

No priors, not part or affiliated with any Gang. Arrested twice for curfew about 8-7 years ago. I have no criminal record to speak of...

Was I a victim of being profiled against those who regularly committ crimes?

Was it prudent for those officers to search my car under thoes circumstances I listed?

Because I felt as if my rights were violated.

What happened, exactly? It is difficult to discuss without hearing more and what happened from beginning to end.
