When Rules of Procedure were not followed does this violate a persons constitutional Rights? And what can be done about that?

You violated rules and procedures by posting in an area that is not open for legal questions. Does that mean you violated our constitutional rights?

You'll have to wait and see what the appellate court that has this matter before it decides.

Worrying about it only causes unnecessary stress.

Hold on, wait to hear what the appeals court rules.

I deleted my comments when I realized that OP has a prior thread (which I just read) that explains what is going on.

To hotnhavasu, in the future please keep all of your discussion to your original thread so the background stays in one place.
