Criminal Law Consequence of Criminal Tresspass Warning on Greencard Application

I got involved in an argument with a Store Manager about her misbehavior with me on their company overcharging me. I called the police to help me as a witness on the store's denial of my claim for their price matching policy. The police without even listening to my complaint issued me a criminal trespassing warning and asked me to leave the property, which I did.

I am in process of applying for my greencard. Would this criminal trespass warning affect me negatively. I have not been involved in any criminal activity.

I have two speeding tickets which I had paid in time.

I am a law abiding individual and am in a fix on how to go about it ?
