I have been dealing with a horrid custody case to the tune of almost 100k.... and I was having a hard time figuring out why I did not win my case. My ex is a repeat DUI, has had two open cases with CPS on abuse alliagation on my son (not called in by me or anyone I know - but by total strangers) and the judge still passed my son over to him. I have no crimal record - remarried to wonderful man and my son has been going to a private school since my divorce from his father 7 years ago - by the way this custody fight has been going on for 2 years...
Here is what I found out last night. The attonery my husband hired was the neice of the judge that ruled on our case... that is not suppose to happen is it? can I sue and have the ruleing over turned and maybe recoup some of my money?
