I currently involved a civil law suit and my attorneys wife is a employee of the school district i am suing. Is there a conflict of interest?

Possibly but no automatically just because she's an employee. It would depend on her position and what you are suing for, etc.

No conflict at all, because if there was a conflict, the attorney wouldn't have taken your case.

Its similar too suing any large business, and the spouse of your attorney is employed at the business as a manager.

If you think there could be a conflict, ask your attorney about it.

If your attorney was concerned about a conflict of interest, he wouldn't have taken your case. If he's not concerned, you don't need to be.
