Ok This Is Kinda Complicated But My Husband And I Share 2 Children And He Went To Prison For 4 Years Early In The First Year I Was In The Hospital Recovering From A Truck Running Me Over And Almost Killing Me My In Laws Tried To Take My Kids And When They Couldnt Because I Went And Got Them They Called Cps Well During The Next Few Years I Got Very Addicted To Meth And To Avoid Loosing My Rights To My Children I Gave Guardianship To My 17 Year Friend. Well Do To The Addiction I Went To Prison For 4 Months Upon My Return I Expected To Get My Life Together And Visit My Children As Before Till I Could Again Take Care Of Them Well She Will Not Let Me See Them Or Talk To Them And I Dont Know What To File To Gain Visitation Of My Kids So I Can Start Proving That I Am Again On The Right Path And Working On Getting Them Back Into My Life. I Did Not Loose My Rights Cps Is Not Involved She Has Guardianship Of Them. What Do I Need To File To Start Seeing My Children?
