Complaint

Being sued for a debt. Im not married, but, the complaint that was served had my name and a Jane Doe (my last name) husband & wife on it. Like I said, Im not married. What & who is this Jane Doe they added? It had other jargon on it also, like I-IV black & I-IV white. Whatever that means. This is in Arizona.

Was divorced 6 yrs ago if that had something to do with it.

Jane Doe means they don't know if you are married but if you are, then they are suing your wife too; since they don't know her name, they call her Jane Doe.
