I had a signed space rental agreement with a "friend" so she could sell merchandise in my store. I have sent her a certified letter cancelling our agreement ( agreement stated subject to change or termination with 30 days notice.) What happens to the merchandise left at the end of the 30 days? Does it become the property of the store? Current months rent is yet unpaid. Am I obligated to continue to sell her merchandise during the 30 days?
