I own the operation rights of a Convienence Store / Gas Station. I sub-lease the property from another company (Company A). Company A leases the property from the actual Landlord (company that owns the property). I have paid my rent every month on time to Company A per my sub-lease agreement; however, Company A has not paid the rent to the Landlord for the past 2 months. The Landlord's lawyer sent a letter to Company A and to me saying that we are in default for not paying the rent and late fees. I called the Landlord's lawyer and asked him what I should do and he said that he could not give me any legal advice because he represents the Landlord. I cannot really afford a lawyer, but I am concerned that I may be evicted because of the situation. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Should I file a lawsuit against Company A now, or wait and see what happens first?

Thank you,
