I am tenant and sue landlord for several breaches. Landlord counters with eviction complaint for alleged sublease without consent. Landlord's motion for summary judgment was denied. My motion for final summary judgment was also denied when landlord brought in hearing false affidavits and alleged first time abandoning of the leased property. I need to know what can I do against the false affidavits and against the alleged abandoning which was not included in the counterclaim. Further I would like to know how I can refuse in such circumstances a deposition from me for landlord's attorney who wrote the false affidavits up. Is there somebody available area Ft. Lauderdale? My attorney does not react to these problems since two weeks but the trial is set for July. Thanks.
