Ok , well last night i was checking my account and realized that 700.00 was debited from my account. So this morning we call the bank and they tell me it is the credit card creditors that took it out. We had called the creditor once last night and once this morning at 6am and both times they said no one took out money. Well see we had paid 500.00 two weeks ago and no other payment was authorized. Is it ok for them to take out 700.00 more, unauthorized? What can i do to get this money back?
