I was contacted in Jan from a collection company about a medical bill they accuried. I called right away and set up a monthly payment plan. I sent in the 1st payment on 1-25-05. I have been paying on time. I got a copy of my credit report in March and found the collection company reported on 2-1-05 to the credit bureaus. Can they report this even though i am paying on time as agreed?
