My ex-domestic partner and I own a home together. She moved out in 9-06. I continued to live there until 12-06 - placed the house on the market. House is empty and yet to sell. I have been paying everything-mortgage, gas electric-expenses to get it ready to sell. Her name is on the mortgage as mine is. I have sent her receipts for everything and divided it equally-she says she does not need to pay. I am thinking she is an equal partner with this property. If we make a profit I am sure she will want half, so I am thinking half the bills too. Please advise.
