Co-op and management

Hi. I live in NJ and own a co-op. The management company that runs and maintains the complex has now enacted a rule to allow them to inspect the units once a year. I personally feel like they don't have that right. They aren't working for the government or state and I don't feel like some manager, who's salary I'm paying, has the right to enter my unit without it being for emergency purposes or to investigate legitimate complaints. Is what they're doing legal? If it isn't, is there some law on the books that I can show them that protects me from them having this right to invade my privacy? Thanks for any help anyone can give me...
