Corporate Law Closing an EIN account

I filed for a Federal EIN some months ago, but the business fizzled shortly after, with no employees nor income during the life of the business. I received some tax forms to fill out, which I understand I need to do even with 0 income, but how do I close an FEIN? I can't find the information anywhere.
