Citizen's Complaint of Reckless Driving in Nevada

Already called 100% of the local attorneys (Very easy to do; not many options) and the distant attorneys won't go to this rural court many many miles away from them.

That could work to your advantage.

One more thought, these days most courts don't require attorneys to appear in person for some matters.

Call the court clerk and ask if an attorney can appear via video-conference?

I've done it many times over the past few decades.

No such luck at this court. Based on my interactions with them to this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they declare guilt on 100% of traffic citations. Is there anywhere that I can confirm that?

Just phrases along the lines of "Sorry, we only _____ here. Have you tried _____?"

That might actually help you when you appear in court.

The fact that you have tried to find a lawyer to represent you and can't could be helpful in resolving this issue, especially if it is a form of "citizen's arrest", so to speak.

Document your findings, date, time, person to whom you spoke and their response; "Sorry, we don't practice law in Ripoff County, NV."

Put in all together in a packet with copies for the prosecutor, and this might all just vanish.
