I have had custody of my sons (ages-9&14) for the last 4 years. I am Australian as are my sons. In July 2003 they will be moving to Kentucky to live with their mother. I am going to change the Custody Orders here, will I also need to have them sited by the court in Kentucky and if so what is the cost? Will the orders from here be recognised in Kentucky? I am just looking to mainly ensure my rights of access will continue
