Is there a statute of limitation on child support garnishment. I have been paying my X forover 25 years, with no end in site. I am paying 7 percent add on interest.

There is no statute of limitations on arrears. You pay them until the balance is ZERO.

Which is likely to never happen if the interest keeps adding more to the balance than the payments cover.

When you die your estate will owe the balance.

You might want to figure out how to accelerate the payoff by paying additional amounts or find enough cash to offer a reasonably discounted settlement.
