Child Support

I have a 23 year old son , the child support case is out of ca, I live in NV, she lives in mo and was married at the time on our sons birth, they are taking child support out of my unemployment check , that only leaves me 100.00 per week. I heard I can petition the court but I don't know how to go about it.
