Child support

I just found out I have a 21 year old daughter. I would like to contact her mother and arange a meeting. However, they do not know that I know yet. Can she still sue for back child support? They live in Colorado, I live in Oregon.

How do you know the child is yours? Has a DNA test been done? It is probably too late for her to file any back child support.
