You do not need an attorney, but look of the guidelines that were posted and go to TN's child support website and see how to submit a modification

Your husband can also go down to the court hourse, they should have a family court facilitator, or a self help/law library. He is going to have to be able to calculate the Cs figures though and fill out the worksheet.
