Child Support Modifications

My Husband currently pays $300 a week in child support for his three children (well above what he is suppose to pay). The way his divorce is worded it says "$300 will be awarded in child support per week" - Someone told me that he will have to pay that amount until his youngest is 18. He has three children - one will be 18 in 6 months - Should we go back to court to have it reworded so that he pays $100 per child until the age of 18?

Also, he pays additional fees for extra curricular activities and school related functions - I thought this was part of child support? What would we need to do to amend that?

He does not have to pay extra curricular unless the order tells him too. If it is not court ordered he doesn't have to pay.

Support normally ends when each child turns 18 so I do not see how a court would force him to support kids that are emancipated. If the order though allows him to support through college, he might have to do that but only if the courts tell him too.
