Ok so I asked my ex husband to lower the child support I pay him recently because I am unemployed for 3 years and I have lost my state license which is what the court had me making 3 years ago.
We had a verbal agreement and then his wife, a new paralegal, got involved and starting serving me with all this paperwork. I went to the facilitator and had a modification filed and the current visitation to be updated through the court. We had it just through email. Now he is going to say we never had it.
Do I have to respond to this current Request for Production from him, its not from the court?
