My boyfriend never had any problems with the mother of his child until she found out about me. And then there came even more problems after she found out that we were living together. He was getting his now 5yr old son every weekend and on days during the week when he was able to. She came to our apartment one night at 12am claiming she wanted to see their son, who was sleeping. He wouldn't let her enter the apartment because I was sleeping on the couch. We do not sleep nin the same room when his son is in the house with us. She began cussing and using racial slurs demanding to take their son home. He let her in to get him. Even with their son in her arms she was still yelling and using vulgar language. When she got downstairs she ripped the temporary tags off of my new car and ripped them up.
He had been giving her money for their son since he was born, without having a court order. He has always done right by his son. After she gets fed up with the fact that he is with me and their son liked me, she became difficult. She started asking for mone for unnecessary things. Then one weekend his son, me and him were at one of his friends house. His friend is a police Captain and his son seen his gun. When their son told them he saw a real gun she flipped out. She wouldn't let him see his son. She also began to mention that she was thinking of moving back to New Mexico. We live in Virginia. She kept him from his son for 2 months until he finally took her to court for joint legal custody so that she would have no choice but to let him see his son. The courts appointed a lawyer to come to visit our home and hers. The court then awarded him legal custody. And she can't leave the state with their son without him and the court knowing.
She in return takes him to court for child support, even after she told him she was not going to do that. So another court date was scheduled. When they went to that she lied about her income stating that she only has one job, which is a waitress making 4.25 an hour. She has two jobs which we know. She also wouldn't be able to afford her 700.00 a month rent for a 3 bedroom home and a brand new car that she is paying on. She also told the judge she was paying 100 a week for daycare. She works mostly weekends. He was getting their son every weekend Friday thru Sunday. So if she only has one job she only needs a babysitter for 2 days. He was truthful to the court telling them that he make 16 an hour. What he failed to mention was that his job is seasonal. Now he is paying an outrageous amount to her that is basically paying her rent. He pays our rent also and I help with other misc. things because I make half what he does and I am going to school which I have to pay on every month.
So basically we need help with proving to the courts that she has more than one job. How should we go about this?
