Child support increase

I am a father of a 6 year old. Here recently her mother asked for an increase in support and was awarded it. But, what she got was way more than I could pay. Papers were served to my residence and accepted by my brother who failed to let me know. Partly because I was out of the country working and was out of the country working when the court date arrived. Can this ruling be over turned or will I have to ask for a reduction. I need help these people are taking 50% of my wages. thank you

You need to appeal this asap. You can also argue that you were not served correctly. You need to call around to an attorney asap to see if they can help you.
