Child Support and Filing Taxes

I cover more than half of my child's expenses through court ordered Child Support, my question is, do I have the right to claim my daughter when filing taxes this year? The mother claimed her last year.

Only if the court gave you the deduction. Otherwise if mom is the custodial parent she gets to claim.
