I dont know what to put this under but Child protective services worker will not contact us or talk to us he has told us back a few months ago case was closing and would be unfounded. we went to get copys of case file 2 times not and still not closed or his assessment hasn't been written. this case was opened in November 2nd 2017. what can we do to get it done we are getting know where with Dhs system or governs advocacy group.

You can't close the case.

You can't make DHS speed up their turtle paced investigation.

You can hire yourself a lawyer and bring a lawsuit in an effort to end the case.

A judge can order DHS to leave you and yours be.
 
We are going to have to do that. They are here to help kids in abusive homes but this case is not what happened. more harm to child than good.Alll because Oregon does not have mental health care at the level she needs.

It is never in the best interests of parents to cooperate with a state child "protection" agency.

You have the right to say, "No, we don't wish to cooperate with you. If you wish to investigate our family, you must go to court and seek court orders to do so. When you do, we'll request a court appointed attorney to protect us and our children."

If you cooperate OUTSIDE the court process your rights will be disregarded, and you'll never see justice.

The court process is feared by many, but only through the court process and your attorney will your rights be protected.

Those rights will also apply to your children through the court appointed guardian ad litem, as in attorney for each child.

Once the camel gets his nose inside your tent, you'll soon find yourself ousted from your tent.
