    My friend is charged with child negligence. What happened was, she got home from work and didn't see her kid was there, so she went to the store. By the time she got home, there were cops in front of her house and they arrested her. The reason why they arrested her was that they thought she intentionally left her kid home. The thing is, she thought her husband had already taken her kid to daycare and her husband didn't even tell her that her kid was home. In this case, what can she do?
