Hi, i have a total of 3 sons, 13, 8, 4 yrs old. My 13 yr old has a different father then my two youngest ones. My issue is that my i let my yongest kids father talk me into letting at that time 4 yr old stay with with his (grandma) the fathers mother while he was incarcerated because i was pregnant with my now 4 yr old. So i did and i went and got him from time to time always called and checked on him. I want him back with me and the father does not want him too he wants him to stay with his mother? the father has been out of prison for over 2 yrs now he never visits the 4 yr old at all. he was not present at the birth and never signed the birth certificate. anyways this week he will not let me talk or see my 8 yr old. what should i do? we were never married, we never went to court for custody or anything, should i get a lawyer, call the police???

Yes, go get a lawyer and get a proper custody order.
