i am the mother of a 14 year old girl. i live in nc her father lives in tx. her grandma got custody of her when she was 2 because her father and i were minors. 3 years ago her grandma got sick and gave her to her father he has moved her from state to state and denies me to see or talk to her.i write they send it back i call they hang up. i talked to my daughter dec of 06 and she said the step mom was beating her and they said they would give her back to me then she ended up in a group home in utah. ive seen pictures and talked to family and i believe they are still abusing her. i dont think he has custody the last order we went to court for was in 94 giving his parents custody. his mother and i are trying to get her back and again i still have legal rights to her.. i guess the question is do you have any advice on what to do? ive called social services to investigate and when they do he moves his family again and it takes me a long time to track them down again
