I am in Kansas, my ex is trying to get custody of my girls (16 & 13). I have had custody of them for almost 10 years. The girls want to go to their mom's because it is fun for them..no rules. Mom is just tired of paying child support. How much does their age influence the judges decision about where to live? Should we just give in to a shared custody..one week on one week off so I don't lose custody?
