About 5 years ago I was forced to sign an adoption agreement between my mother and my step father, My mother has sinced passed and my daughter is now 20 years old. She was recently in an automobile accident that has left her a quadraplegic, but of sound mind. I have always been involved in her life, I am not nor ever was an absent parent. My question is do I have a legal foot to stand on if he says that I am no longer allowed to visit her at the hospital, rehab, etc.
