child conceived from an affair

Child born as a result of affair to single mother /father is married. Father name on birth certificate. Mother of child allows visitation but at her home or neutral home. Mother of child does not want 3 month old child visitation at his home. His home has 3 children that currently do marihuana daily, wife is not stable mentally because of the affair and one child in home has conviction of sexual assault. If father of baby tries to get visitation at his home will judge put this child in jeopary by granting visitation in his home under these circumstances?

If mom does not inform the judge of these concerns (and has the evidence to back this up), yes.

I'll go one further, if a Judge is given credible information that you have 3 children in the home who use marijuana he/she will likely refer your home to Child services and really cause a stir.

well the facts are there and can be backed up...attorney locally states highly doubtful visitation would be granted with any evidence of such circumstances taking place in the household...
