hi im a filipina and lives in the philippines.i have a son by my american boyfriend.he is 3 months old now.my problem concerns child support of my american bf who had just broke up with me.he is now in america.when i gave birth last july,he was not with me.he only gave me a 100 dollars once,in May and no more.he has not sign the birth certificate of my son.can my son get support from him?he told me thru chat that he still going to "help" me when he has money.is this correct?only when he has money?im willing to let my son undergo DNA test if necessary.please help me.

Not when he has money
He will be required to pay child support. Hire a lawyer there in the Philippines. He will probably even take the case on contingency (I use to live there). I have no idea how to enforce a judgment from there here, but I know it can be done especially with child support.
