Charges?

the manager of my department is obsessed with a male at work. she follows him and watches everything he does. when she found out he was helping me outside of work, she tampered with my car. the mechanic found a set of worker's gloves stuffed in a vent under my car. since i could not prove anything i quit. the same day i quit she made statements to people in the office about my car. she knew details that only me and the mechanic would know. i need to know what i can do about it.... can i press charges without having the gloves?
