Criminal Law charges of using brothers green card for employment purposes?

hi, I am a wife of u.s. citizen. my husband came citizen recently. his brother is illegal here but wants to use his greencard for employment purposes. if my husbands brother uses my husbands information and copy of his greencard for employment purposes what are the consequences if he gets fingerprinted under my husbands name. what are the consequences and charges on both sides? plz someone help me with a answer

Your husband is a citizen, yet he retains a Green Card?

Think about that!!!

If anyone does what you suggest, BOTH parties will have big troubles to attend to, and criminal troubles, too.

If your hubby does that, you'll be visiting him in prison, soon!

Both of you should stay away from his brother!!!!
