How would I go about getting the rights to a fictional character that I created in 2005. I have used him in a stage play since 2007. I signed papers that stated all rights belong to the company, but the company has never fulfilled their end of the contract.

Send the company a letter, certified mail, stating that the company breached your agreement and hence has no rights to use or continue using the property. Something tells me there is much more to this question and you need to be far more explanatory.
